Can I bring an existing trial balance?
Yes. Import the client’s trial balance into the workspace, then review the figures, map accounts and prepare adjustments. The source document remains available alongside the working data.
Does AI post statements automatically?
Statement posting is a separate action you take after reviewing the extracted rows and their account assignments. Reading a document does not post it to the books.
Does the desktop app need internet access?
Yes. The desktop app connects to online services for sign-in, AI and saved workspace data.
